Sidebar nav shows html entities #434

Sidebar nav shows html entities for headings with special characters.

"Header & footer" on card docs page is shows as Header & footer and its id/slug created as #header-amp-footer.

Possible solutions are using @html while displaying title in +page.svelte. (the id/slug still has amp)
Decode title in +page.server.js while extracting heading and creating slug (slug will be #header-footer).
Replace & with and in all doc headings.
