The path to the Illinois Foundation logo is broken in portal subpages (e.g., https://uillinois-community.github.io/github-actions/)

Good catch, looks like a reasonable fix to me. (I'd accept the pull, but don't have permissions to do that it seems ;) )

Well that seems like an oversight. You should have access to this repo now. I will send out a quick straw poll about org permissions, and deal with the rest of the repos in a bit.
