RStudio Cloud integration with Illinois GitHub SSO documentation #3

Do we have a place to add documentation for helping students link their RStudio Cloud university account with GitHub SSO?

@trombonekenny I would be happy to add a new page to the resources section of this site, once we have the details captured.

It's basically two steps:

  1. Add a new .md file to this point inthe source tree - https://github.com/uillinois-community/uillinois-community.github.io/tree/main/resources
  2. Update https://github.com/uillinois-community/uillinois-community.github.io/blob/main/resources/index.md with a link to the new page.

If you can add the core technical details here (to this issue), I would be happy to start a pull request with the basic changes, and then we can refine from there?
