The goal of this PR is to create an ImmuneML pipeline for applying generative models.
What has been implemented:
ApplyGenModelInstruction and ApplyGenModelParser classes responsible for loading generative models and applying them for sequence generation
GenModelInstruction class was introduced to reduce redundancy between ApplyGenModelInstruction and TrainGenModelInstruction since lots of functionality is being shared between them.
PresentationFactory was modified to match new GenModelInstruction, since html template for training and applying gen models will be shared.
