Keep separate 'path' and 'filenames' for element dataset: this allows element datasets to be imported from the dataset.yaml file when the dataset is moved. This fix is necessary for new Galaxy tools on the NAR branch (merged in already). Note that since this is an update to import, the version number would need to be increased.
