Addition about RC's work #34

I added three points under Community Building & Social Events, under coordination with a newly appointed RC for Nordic. I am not sure if this is the right place or not, but feel free to accept or discard or etc.

Annika, sorry for forgetting adding you as a reviewer of this change. As you did a lot of works already, I added only a few lines. Hope this is enough, but if not, please let me know so that I would add more info.
