Substantial revision of onboarding checklist #38

I have revised the onboarding checklist quite substantially to match our procedures at Carpentry@UiO. I will use the checklist for the two onboarding sessions on Jan 13 and Jan 15.

If there are mistakes, typos, unclear formulations, etc. – feel free to edit!
