fix the link to "website" #78

it seems "uio.no/carpentry" does not work if it is without "https://", so I inserted it. However, the linked page shows "non-Carpentry" workshops/courses as well. Is this page fine?

It's one of the many problems with UiO-Carpentry not having their proper own website. I think it might be confusing if there are many other workshops instead of Carpentry workshops. This website is better https://www.ub.uio.no/english/courses-events/courses/other/Carpentry/
