Adding another action point #94

I recall that this was suggested as action point (be my) and accepted, but please correct me if I am mistaken.

Also fixed a small typo.

Thanks @lexnederbragt for the update. Honestly, after the meeting was over I felt unclear about the decision we landed on about the membership tier. It is absolutely fine by me to write a proposal. And I remember that @ainor-star will take the announcement email list.
