Change baseURL #26

I've updated it. should be correct now, and ready to merge.

Explanation: On my fork the site was published as a project page, here it is a user/organization page. The URLs are different. I've changed it, so it should work. Actually, I think it doesn't make a difference because the base_url is overwritten in the GH Action workflow.
