Update - pDTs, BioDT Kanban Board, and sprints #3

We are currently slightly reorganizing the BioDT meeting structure from WP focus to pDF focus (prototype digital twin, use cases). However, we also want to maintain a similar way of working across the pDT teams. Thus it is encouraged for the pDT teams to adopt similar working approaches.

It is proposed to accelerate using the BioDT Kanban Board. We would want to describe activities, tasks, and things we collaborate on for the CWR pDT into the Kanban Board! Partly to work in similar ways across the pDT teams making it easier for the different WP representatives to jump in and out of pDTs. And in part to quicker and easier to identify tasks and work common across pDTs to reduce duplication of efforts.

Sprints have been proposed as an efficient way of working BioDT consortium wide. To complete tasks for each pDT faster and avoid dragging out in time across the (new and weekly/bi-weekly/etc) pDT team meetings. Sprints also make it easier for WP representatives to dedicate the Sprint time to work on and finish a closed task at a time.

How do we best adopt this way of working for our CWR pDT?
