Update (10->11), (11->12), and (12->13), closing #39

Update $\mathbf{(10 \rightarrow 11)}$, $\mathbf{(11 \rightarrow 12)}$, and $\mathbf{(12 \rightarrow 13)}$.

Note the name correction of the datasets subdirectory for stage 10. The contents of the directory are uncond because the DFT-labeled ligands/TMCs here were unconditionally generated.

This closes #39.

Edit: with additional commit, this now also closes #41 .
