Added logic to display appropriate page titles

Page <title> elements are now in the following formats:

Generic / No icon or category selected:

[Route Meta Title] | Brand Icon Browser - The University of Iowa

Examples:

• All Icons | Brand Icon Browser - The University of Iowa
• Page or Icon Not Found | Brand Icon Browser - The University of Iowa
• Search | Brand Icon Browser - The University of Iowa

When a single icon is pulled up:

[icon-name] | Brand Icon Browser - The University of Iowa

Example:

• 24hour-clock | Brand Icon Browser - The University of Iowa

Or when a category is selected:

[Category Name] | Brand Icon Browser - The University of Iowa

Example:

• Entertainment and Dining | Brand Icon Browser - The University of Iowa
