While using the Icon Browser on a mobile device isn't an ideal experience and analytics have shown that the vast majority of users are using the desktop to browse icons (shown above), I'd like to clean up the experience on mobile and make it somewhat usable or at least presentable in those rare instances.

[ ] Collapsable category menu on mobile devices
[ ] Better footer and copyright placement on mobile devices
[ ] Category or search headings that appear on mobile only when category or search term is scrolled out of view
