According to my notes from Sondra on the Brand Team, she mentioned that the Iowa Bar component didn't quite look the same when we were demoing the Brand Icon Browser and clicking back-and-forth between brand.uiowa.edu and the Icon Browser demo.
I dove in a little bit and it looks like the font sizes for the Iowa Bar aren't quite the same when comparing 3.x vs 4.x:
I tried to ensure that I'm not overriding font sizes or reset styles in the Icon Browser app specifically, but I may have missed something, so this may not be a UIDS 4.x-specific issue, but just bringing visibility to this.
