In March 2021 Antonio was added to Google Fonts https://github.com/google/fonts/issues/1344.

Proposed Solution

Switch to use Google Fonts for all UIDS fonts but Amenesty.
Remove locally hosted fonts at https://github.com/uiowa/uids/tree/3.x/src/assets/fonts.
