Example Tool Light Deliverables #140

Describe the bug: The example tool light is missing features present in example tool. This causes errors as frameworks expects to find results in a deliverables directory that does not exist.

To Reproduce:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start all systems
  2. Upload data to internal server
  3. Run receiver agent with example_tool_light
  4. See error

Expected behavior:

The deliverables should be created and sent to the original hospital.

Actual Behavior:

The data processing crashes in stage 4

Possible Fix

Replicate the behavior of full version example tool in the example tool light
