The PACS system needs to be able to communicate with the data-pvc we have setup in our small kube cluster.
The receiver loop will need to be able to communicate with the PACS.
The receiver agent will need to be able to communicate the loop AND our current dummy study handler.
Additional Context
The yaml files for PACS have been created on 159 but files for the agent and loop will need to be created.
