Issue Description
After talking with Curt, we need a comprehensive guide for our application.
Currently, we have a "developer" manual that describes how to run our system locally. We need to enhance this to incorporate explanations of subsystems and what each part of our app actually does.
Diagrams are needed, especially to explain the connection between PACS and our system when our servers receive a study.
