Overview

This PR addresses the issues outlined in Issue #182, focusing on resolving job hang-ups, improper data deletions, and ensuring proper termination of Kubernetes resources.

Implementation Details

• Study Stability Update: We enhanced the stability of the 'Study' job by modifying the connection logic to check the status of the internal Orthanc at each iteration. This change ensures that the main processing loop can accurately obtain the status of the study object and proceed accordingly.
• Job Termination Specification: The Kubernetes Job manifests for both the 'Study' and 'Product' (Brainmask Light) jobs have been updated. These updates include specifications that enable automated termination of jobs and their associated pods upon completion of tasks.
• Data Deletion Optimization: To avoid issues related to data deletion within the processing loop, this operation has been relocated to execute upon exit. This ensures that data deletion occurs only after all processing tasks have been completed.

Testing

• Manual Testing Procedure: The system underwent extensive manual testing across various scenarios, including different conditions of data transmission and resource deployment setups. These tests were designed to rigorously verify the new functionalities and ensure compatibility and stability within the system.
• Test Outcomes: All manual tests have confirmed that the system behaves as expected, with improvements in stability, resource management, and data handling processes being effectively demonstrated.
