As a developer,
So that my templates are better formed and enhance processes,
I want chore templates and our current templates updated

Acceptance Criteria

What are some implicit tasks/criteria to be achieved within this story?

[ ] Pull request template is made less generic
[ ] Comment text is put in to all templates for text that is unneeded
[ ] Chore template is created
