Re-purpose "Screen" (v4l2-split.ini) profile and set as default. #48

We require a "default" galicaster profile that takes it's audio from the 3.5 jack. The idea is therefore to re-purpose the v4l2-split.ini "Screen" profile for this end.

The non-trivial bit of this to get ansible to set the track2 location to the correct jack PCI source name.
