https://upload.sms.cam.ac.uk/media/663576 appears to be valid media but we aren't importing it becuase of the "sms_clip.filename IS NOT NULL" clause in the export_sms_csv.sh script. filename is required because we need it to form the url for retrieving the media. Needs investigation.
