apply ROS code style to all sources #22

This affects to all the source files. We should merge it as soon as possible and everyone should pull immediately in order to avoid future merge problems.

Let's try to keep the ROS coding style format from now on (see https://github.com/uji-ros-pkg/underwater_simulation/issues/19)
