For the sake of consolidating tickets I'll also note here that it seems like New Caledonia province doesn't properly display level 3/4 ports.

Also appears as if ports may sometimes not appear in Tahiti province.

Changing this over to be a repository of all the minor things I catch that don't deserve their own issues.

  1. In "The Paraguay Expedition" event for the US, the final sentence reads "the an American citizen" when it should just be "an American citizen"

  2. In the "Socialist Conference in Zimmerwald" event, there are two commas after 1915 (one after a space)

  3. Should it be possible for Napoleon III to win the French election even if the AI decides to rig it? I saw that happen recently and I'm not sure if rigging the election just makes it less likely for Napoleon to win or if it's meant to make it impossible.

  4. Burke and Wills event fires twice for an independent Australia. Not sure why.

In the event "Laurenco Marques" for Portugal, "was rebuilt and is prosper" should be "was rebuilt and is prospering".

There seem to be two identical, but mutually exclusive, "Organize Bechuanaland" decisions.
