Suggestion: Represent the Rebellion of the Republic of San Marco and First Italian War of Independence #87

As far as I'm aware there's no actual event that can cause the Venice tag to rebel against Austria during the period, and if there is a rare event that does that I'm very confident there's no support for them forming an alliance with Sardinia-Piedmont and the latter attempting to conquer Milan and force Austria out of Italy, as happened historically. Though if it rebelled something would need to be done about its cores, as the Republic of San Marco didn't even fully control Venezia state as it's mapped in Vic2. This might actually be a boon though, as #101 notes that the amount of Venetian cores at present causes problems with an Austria attempting to become the SGF.

Regardless: I'm opposed to purely railroaded events, but I think a chance for Venice to rebel, and then a chance for Sardinia-Piedmont to capitalize on that rebellion, makes sense. During the war virtually every Italian state, even those with Habsburg rulers, also came to the support of Sardinia-Piedmont, so if this is represented then any Italian state which is not in Austria's sphere should be forcibly allied with Sardinia and called into the war. However lackluster their support was, several did fight, even against orders (such as when the Pope tried to recall the Papal army and they elected to mutiny instead).

My hope for this model would be that the Sardinians don't call in anyone but Italian allies and generally lose the war, but I'm not sure whether there would be a practicable way to stop them from auto-calling any GP ally they might have into the conflict.

Either way, IMO it is critical to represent this specifically because of how much stronger the P&E Patch sphere changes made Austria. Prussia doesn't contest spheres in Germany as effectively as I had anticipated, but at the same time I don't think changing the historic relations of the period is the answer. Representing Austria's near-collapse from the triple threat of the Hungarian revolution, First War of Italian Independence and broad militancy across Austria could lead to Austria getting gangbanged hard enough to drop GP, which was a realistic threat at the time and would be one way to let Prussia gain ascendancy.

Added, but instead Sardinia-Piedmont first declares war to intervene in Milan and Venice revolts separately (who does get Italian allies). They usually get stomped by Austria.

Sounds good, I will do a test or two with this probably starting in 1-2 weeks and see whether Germany forms more reliably and how the economy looks.
