Reviews + updates wording of current docs site
Splits content into different sections
Adds docs on NhsNumber object inside Usage section

Aesthetic

Uses Carbon-now code snippet for hero section img (loses copy-paste functionality but figured people will go to Usage section anyway)
Moves main nav to top
Uses NHS Core Blue as the main colour
Adds a logo + sets favicon to something I made on Canva very quickly - to have something different to the default

Thanks @anchit-chandran - I made some changes of my own and merged this PR via a branch anchit-edits-reviewed-marcus forked from your PR branch. Some reverts to your stylistic choices, the most prominent being reverting back to a code snippet rather than a Carbon snippet, hope you don't mind, but clippability is king for me.
