Create uktre.org subdomains for WGs who request one #104

Detail

We could create subdomains under uktre.org for any WGs that want one. For example

glossary.uktre.org
satre.uktre.org

This will not include the actual website hosted there- that will remain the responsibility of the WG, for instance they could host the website on GitHub pages, and have the custom subdomain redirect to their website, or we configure the subdomain following: https://docs.github.com/en/pages/configuring-a-custom-domain-for-your-github-pages-site

[x] Decide on https://github.com/uk-tre/community-management/issues/103 first
[ ] Ask WGs who are interested to create a placeholder website for their WG
[ ] Create and configure uktre.org subdomains
