Create guidelines on how vendors interact with the UK TRE

We need to find a balance between making the community aware of TRE technologies (e.g. cloud TREs, other TRE infrastructure, work that TRE related commercial or non-commercial vendors are doing, etc). On one hand public Cloud TREs are already used by several TRE operators, including large operators such as the NHS SDE. On the other hand we don't want community members to be put off by having too much commercial information. We also need to decide what level of support the UK TRE provides to vendors, e.g. do we just encourage them to promote their events on our mailing list, do we do soem promotion, is something added to our website, how do we decide what level of support someone quialifies for, etc?
