The latest version of the [Newcastle Commitment] needs to be transferred to the new site

[ ] Ensure we have the latest version of the NC
[ ] Create a new section in the 'About us section' called 'Newcastle Commitment', along with suitable description
[ ] Upload the Newcastle commitment here
