Automatically assign to upcoming or past events #3

One to come back to (just recording the thought here).

Current event setup is to filter future/past events by tags ('upcoming_event' vs 'past_event'). This will require manual updating when events pass.

Would be good to have this done automatically (i.e. event moves from upcoming to past when the date passes). This would require:

[ ] Figuring out how Hugo can filter a range by date earlier than/later than today
[ ] Rebuild the site (mb daily?) so any passing dates can be allocated to the right category
[ ] Once complete, remove references to 'upcoming_event' and 'past_event' tags

Not part of an MVP but a definite improvement!

The event setup also at the moment only caters for events that start and end on the same day, mainly for ease of reading purposes. Will want to revisit this too
