Thermal shield not plot in poloidal cross-section #3323

The 'Thermal shield' is not shown on the Poloidal cross-section but is shown in the toroidal cross-section.

This image shows there is a grey line between the inboard blanket and VV in the toroidal cross-section, but there is no similar grey component in the poloidal cross-section.

The Thermal shield should be flush with the TF coil (ie follow the inner edge of the TF coil)
