Bugfix release to fix UDA client with SSL authentication enabled.

Can you add a fix for this issue https://github.com/ukaea/UDA/issues/8? (it was previously flagged for 2.7.2 but was not included there)

On Rocky8.5 it looks like the pkgconfig name needs to be "libtirpc" not "tirpc" for the plugins to build with this server version.
