Add authentication support for MAST-U data #9

In future we will need to support MAST-U data, which will be in embargo. We need to have

1) a location where we can store embargoed data 2) an authentication system which can support giving access to both UKAEA users and external collaborators.

I am hoping that we can authenticate against our key cloak deployment for this. Perhaps it is worth talking to Tom F.

I agree but if we go to Tom we should make sure we have someone allocated to start taking it forward.
