Update index with sources

This updates the source table of the database to reflect the new file structure we are using on S3.

This also adds new test data in the new format, which reduces the modifications we need to do in the create script.

To Test:

• Run the test for both APIs
• Run the notebooks
  • Load mast data remotely
  • Data examples
