Adds temperature to openmc materials and serpent materials #102

This PR address issue #69 and updates the PyPi and Conda distributions

Materials and MultiMaterials now add any temperature information they have to the serpent_material material card and the openmc_material

A few more tests were added and a temperature related bug was also fixed
