Develop #219

A few improvements that fix issues that came up during the 2021 York workshop

218 #216 #211

added video to task 6
replaced ghalton with scikit-opt
using new embree 3.12.2
reduced docker image size (combined layers and cloning single branches)
fixed mbconvert error (added moab to path)
updated task 12 to use scikit-opt
added docker dev image
reduced the number of isotopes plotted in task 1 part 1
reduced the number of elements plotted in task 1 part 2

Also I have tested by using the new develop image but we really need improved CI
