This PR adds some updates to the main branch including

a ring source example in task 4 an improved parametric plasma source build in the dockerfile reuse of the table with video links in the tasks folder no longer removing the moab folder after bulding moab

Looks like the timeout needs increasing from 200 seconds

ERROR traitlets:client.py:677 Timeout waiting for execute reply (200s).

Ah super, that reduction of batches from 100 to 10 appears to have fixed the time out error.

I think this is ready to be merged
