Error in the output stream #14

I get a tremendous about of chaff following #11 it looks like the CSV stream is going to stdout

or are you expecting the user to output stdout to a csv file?

The readme suggests that the user should output stdout to a csv file. This is not a bug. See https://github.com/ukaea/overlap_checker#running .
