update GetStarted.md and 2 commits on rename

use --output-file insread of --outputFile for geomPipeline.py, to be more consistent like other linux app

rename geomPipeline exe to pppGeomPipeline ( make it diff from geomPipeline.py) , to avoid confusion in documentation.
