CI failed for forks in upload binary package #7

Error: Resource not accessible by integration: for PR sent to main.

What is the best way? tmp solution, is upload only if branch name is "main" and "dev" (stage tree)

Also currently CI does not work for fork user? https://github.com/johnnonweiler/parallel-preprocessor

it is kind of fixed by disable upload package except for main branch

this has been solved ,confirmed by PR #18
