Confirm can use ECHO storage #114

The automated system tests read/write to a minio instance on the system test controller, but the production system will use ECHO storage instead. Many system tests cannot be run with ECHO as storage, as the system test controller does not have direct access to ECHO. Instead, the system must be tested manually, focusing only on those tests which involve reading and/or writing from storage.

Connecting to ECHO as storage is confirmed for a local instance of the Piezo web app, but there is currently an issue with conflicting key sets on the Kubernetes-hosted instance.
