Feature/extend output of job status/#68

Update the job status handler to return additional information:

• created: timestamp of when the application was created
• Submission attempts: How many time the applications has tried to be submitted
• last submitted: timestamp for the most recent submission of the application
• terminated: timestamp of when the application completed or failed
• error messages: Any error messages that occurred when running the application
