Add 1D Wave tutorial for #85 #109

Ditching the complete script at the end makes sense. It would be nice to provide a link to the complete script in a separate file. The Raw text can be linked, but there is no easy way I can see to force the browser to download rather than display the text. This dovetails with the idea of also providing complete code in multiple languages, but that is a problem for a different time.
