StyleDeclaration Fill property can't be set with css color value #5

Fill property of StyleDeclaration class rejects the css color values:

It is easy to reproduce.

Hi @rvnlord . Thanks for adding this.

In order to keep the project running, I ask for people to propose a fix. Please could you create a PR and I will happily review/ merge/ update the nuget package.
