Ensemble member IDs #25

Should we keep Met Office long IDs such as: r001i1p00000, r001i1p00939

or

...shorten them to : r1i1p1 etc - and use a mapping table?

DS says we should use the full IDs.

Awaiting final descriptions - we should put into "UKCP18_rips.json" when we know them.
