Check addition of RCP26 to LS2 info in the Path and File names per WPS process doc #27

LS2 is expected to have data for RCP26 in addition to RCP85. RCP26 data is for the uk cut-out only.

I have added RCP26 data to the UKCP18 dataset spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oNmJAYLGt6UrenY8XH_4gTyZGlFVW9plgyK75L3BN0Y/edit#gid=969822144

But the additional RCP26 data should also be included in the UKCP18 Path and File names per WPS document: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ieRIU50NpDSwslrFWwyh-2abDeQGRMEhHC72SVwy30s/edit?ts=59f8a935#gid=0

I've added rcp26 info to this second doc but it should be checked by someone who understands how the info here is going to be used.
