Expansion of Palette2's printing capability - but allowing it to recursively take feeds back in of a multi colour filament.

Initial 2 script demo version created - see Palette4_Palette3 branch for initial scripts and demo print results. Worked very nicely. Only real issues left are:

  1. Would be nice if the channel taking the multi coloured string could be labelled appropriately on the Palette2
  2. Once the initial tube length of filament has been pumped out of the Palette2 in the first accessory mode pass it needs to rest to be slowly pulled out. Tried extending the tube length in the palette config to 2.5m - bit is seemed to ignore this and still stop at 1. I have thought of creating an automatic filament winder - but since the lengths are quite short, probably not required - other than as a way to slowly pull out the filament.
  3. Pings could end up causing problems as if the palette thinks it has got out of step while pushing out the multi colour filament it will not be addressing the problem - but just potentially making the out of sync worse. Am pursuing whether out of sync could perhaps be taken over by some sort of semi manual intervention to either extrude a little more or less in the purge block when the colours start to get out of step.

Currently creating art for some more demo images. Might also add in IDEX 2nd extruder capability too - to handle multi material too - as for example the 'stained glass' type demos are quite stringy due to PETG - so perhaps if PLA was used for the black borders the whole thing might look better.
