Spinner and Playlist #449

We need a spinner for download and import

A playlist with +5000 items do take some time ;)

Moved to 3.1, since we might need a way to run as a thread, and allow frontend to track this

Sadly, dev work has been put on hold, due to plugins been discontinued by Plex

No new versions will be release, and this project has been put on hold

UAS will still be maintained for as long as it lasts
