Enable Hash ID when output elasticsearch_datastream is used. #994

When output @type elasticsearch_datastream is used, elastic search is creating its own _id, kindly enable generating hash_id using elasticsearch_genid and using _hash instead of elastic search creating its own _id in output type elasticsearch_datastream.
